Raw Vegan Spaghetti and Groud Crimini-meat

Yay! The Spaghetti post I've been dying to share is finally here!
For this recipe you'll want to have the following two things on hand:
AtV Marinara Sauce (click to see more)
New Zucchini Pasta
found in Step 2 of this post (click to see more)
Now that you've made the above two items it's time to make some Ground Crimini-meat...
Oh, and did I mention that not only is this entire dish low-fat, it's bursting at the seams with flavor!
Ground Crimini-meat
yields roughly 2 servings
Step 1.
Preparing your Mushrooms
3/4 lb of Crimini Mushrooms
Chop your mushrooms in quarters
Transfer mushrooms to food processor
*you can also do this by hand, in increments if you have the time
Pulse your Mushrooms until they have evenly been broken down to a minced consistency
Transfer your Mushrooms to a mixing bowl and move on to the next step.
Step 2.
Seasoning your Mushrooms
4 Tbsp ground Sunflower //or// Pumpkin Seeds
The following ingredients are suggestive only - if you'd like to try seasoning your mushrooms with other herbs/spices (like taco seasoning or my dried BBq spice mix) then go for it:
1 Tbsp Onion powder
1 Tbsp Paprika (smoked paprika would be good also)
1 tsp dried Thyme-crushed with your hands
1 tsp dried Rosmary-crushed with your hands
1/4 tsp ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Mix all of the above into your bowl of ground Crimini Mushroom from Step 1.
Final Step
Warming Method
Proceed to evenly and thinly spread out your ground Crimini-meat onto either a dehydrator sheet or parchment lined baking sheet
Warm for 30 minutes
After the first 30 minutes you will notice your mushrooms have become darker in color
Using a fork, mix your Mushrooms around and flatten them back out again
Warm for another 30 minutes
All done!
Store in an air tight container in your fridge and this will keep for up to a week.
Now lets have some spaghetti, shall we?
Top with a mixture of grated Macadamia Nut and Nutritional yeast, or one of these nut free cheeze powders:

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend full of tasty food!

xoxo,
